About Wanderlust Cohost
Local ownership experience, applied to every home.
Wanderlust Cohost is a boutique vacation-rental management and Airbnb co-hosting company for property owners in Palm Springs, Greater Palm Springs, and the Coachella Valley, California.
Steven and Vy began with their own Palm Springs vacation home. Their firsthand experience with regulations, pricing, design expectations, and guest care now informs a practical, hands-on approach for each owner.
Our intentionally selective portfolio means each home receives focused revenue strategy, responsive operations, and clear owner visibility.
